Kirkland & Ellis represented Turn/River and its portfolio company PairSoft in connection with a majority growth investment in PairSoft by TA Associates. The transaction involves a majority investment by TA Associates, a global private equity firm, in PairSoft, a leading provider of procure-to-pay automation and payment solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
