Kirkland & Ellis Advises Riley Permian on Sale of New Mexico Midstream Business

Kirkland & Ellis advised Riley Exploration Permian, Inc. (NYSE American: REPX) and its wholly owned subsidiary Riley Exploration - Permian, LLC in connection with the sale of Dovetail Midstream, LLC to Targa Northern Delaware LLC. Under a purchase and sale agreement, Riley Permian sold all of the membership interests in Dovetail Midstream, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Riley Permian, to Targa Northern Delaware LLC for an aggregate cash purchase price of approximately $111 million, subject to customary purchase price adjustments. Dovetail's assets primarily consist of natural gas gathering infrastructure serving production in Eddy County, New Mexico.
