Latham & Watkins LLP represented Great Mountain Partners in the transaction. Great Mountain Partners announced the closing of Saranac Holdings LP, a US$600 million single-investor fund formed to pursue investments across the media and entertainment ecosystem, including music, film and television, sports, gaming, and live entertainment. The closing encompassed the fund formation and the initial acquisition of investments.
