Latham & Watkins LLP represented Boom Supersonic in a US$300 million funding round that was led by Darsana Capital Partners and included participation from Altimeter Capital, ARK Invest, Bessemer Venture Partners, Robinhood Ventures and Y Combinator. Boom Supersonic, the company developing the world’s fastest airliner and a 42-megawatt natural gas turbine that delivers reliable energy to AI data centers, announced the US$300 million financing to support its continued development and operations. The financing was led by Darsana Capital Partners, with participation from Altimeter Capital, ARK Invest, Bessemer Venture Partners, Robinhood Ventures and Y Combinator.
