Picus Capital Secures €150 Million Preferred Equity Financing from Carlyle AlpInvest

Simpson Thacher represented Picus Capital in connection with the closing of a €150 million preferred equity financing provided by Carlyle AlpInvest. The transaction consists of a €150 million preferred equity investment by Carlyle AlpInvest, a global private markets manager, into Picus Capital. The financing provides Picus with significant capital to support new investments and to foster continued growth across its existing portfolio of almost 200 companies.
