Foley & Lardner Represents 401GO in $33 Million Series B Financing

Foley & Lardner LLP represented 401GO, a fully owned 401(k)-management platform, in a $33 million Series B financing led by Centana Growth Partners, with additional investment from Next Frontier Capital, Rally Ventures and Impression Ventures. The financing will be used to expand 401GO’s partnerships with human capital management providers, financial institutions and advisors, and to grow the company’s personnel, product portfolio and end-to-end technology. 401GO is a fintech company modernizing the way individuals save for retirement through a blend of advanced technology and personalized human support aimed at helping individuals secure their financial futures. Foley also advised 401GO in its earlier Series A funding round.
