Addleshaw Goddard advises Qatar National Bank on $1.5bn loan refinancing

Addleshaw Goddard represented Qatar National Bank (QNB) in the refinancing of its senior unsecured term loan facility and acted as legal adviser to QNB on the transaction. The transaction comprised the refinancing of QNB’s $1.5 billion senior unsecured term loan facility. Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, Mizuho, SMBC, J.P. Morgan, Barclays and Bank of America acted as lenders on the transaction. Addleshaw Goddard represented Qatar National Bank (QNB) with a team composed by: Partner Robin Hickman (team leader), counsel Alan MacRitchie, associate Liam Mehigan and paralegal Mohamed Rasheed.
