BonelliErede Advises Pack on €5.8 Million Series A Investment

BonelliErede represented Pack in connection with the Series A investment round. The transaction concerns Pack, an Italian HR‑tech startup that supports companies in the development and enhancement of human resources through an all‑in‑one HR platform. Pack closed a Series A round totaling €5.8 million. The financing comprised two tranches: a first tranche of €3.5 million closed in September and led by Rialto VC, and a second tranche that saw the entry of the US fund Acadian Ventures, which specialises in HR technologies and the future of work and which made its first investment in Italy through this transaction. Pack will use the capital to expand its commercial presence in France, Germany and the United Kingdom and to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence across its platform. BonelliErede represented Pack with a team composed by: partner Giulia Bianchi Frangipane, managing associate Enrico Goitre and associates Elena Cozzupoli and Francesca Gea Rusconi, advising on venture capital and corporate law matters.
