DWF advises Telmes on listing on Euronext Growth Milan

DWF advised Telmes in connection with the placement and admission to trading of its ordinary shares on Euronext Growth Milan. Integrae Sim acted as Euronext Growth advisor, RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile served as auditor and carried out financial, tax and payroll due diligence, and the notary firm Prinetti Venditti took care of the notarial aspects. The transaction concerned the placement and admission to trading of the ordinary shares of Telmes on the Euronext Growth Milan market. Telmes is specialised in the design, production and maintenance of low-voltage electrical panels and is also engaged in the design and construction of electromechanical systems for both the residential and industrial sectors. DWF represented Telmes with a team composed by: partner Luca Lo Po', European head of the firm's capital markets practice; counsel Massimo Filippo Breviglieri; associate Paolo Cadili. The firm also involved counsel Felice Cuzzilla for privacy matters and partner Giorgio Manca together with associate Edoardo Pozzolini for employment law aspects. Integrae Sim acted as Euronext Growth advisor to Telmes in relation to the placement and listing. RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile acted as auditor for Telmes, verifying the accounting figures included in the admission document and conducting the financial, tax and payroll due diligence. Prinetti Venditti represented Telmes with a team composed by: notary Amedeo Venditti, who handled the notarial profiles of the operation.
