Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici and GA-Alliance in Arca Space Capital's investment in Unifarco

Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici advised Arca Space Capital, while GA-Alliance advised Unifarco; notarial aspects of the transaction were overseen by ZNR Notai. Arca Space Capital, assisted by Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, completed an investment into the capital of Unifarco, one of the principal European players in the development, production and commercialisation of dermatological products, nutraceuticals, functional foods and make-up for the pharmacy channel. As a result of the investment, Arca Space Capital holds an indirect minority stake in Unifarco and will support the founding families, who retain control, in the future development of the group. Unifarco is a leading operator in the scientific dermocosmetics sector, with a distinctive model based on collaboration with over 7,000 independent pharmacies. The group develops, produces and markets dermocosmetic products, nutraceuticals, functional foods and make-up through the community brand Farmacisti Preparatori and the brands Ceramol, Dolomia, MyCli, Biomalife, Genage and Keylife. The Group forecasts consolidated revenues of approximately €200 million for 2025, driven by steady growth and progressive international expansion.
