Gianni & Origoni advised Green Dot Italy, while FIVERS Studio Legale e Tributario advised the shareholders of Forplast; Pierluigi Davide acted as financial advisor to the sellers. Eighty percent of the shares of Forplast, a company based in Castell'Arquato (PC) founded in 1971 and active primarily in mechanical recycling and the processing of plastics with a long tradition in the production of compounds and PE pipes, has been acquired by Green Dot Italy. Green Dot Italy is active in the sorting of plastic waste for subsequent recycling and is controlled by the Green Dot group, a European leader in the circular plastics economy focused on mechanical and chemical recycling and on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) services in Germany, Austria and Italy. Gianni & Origoni represented Green Dot Italy with a team composed by: partner Fabio Ilacqua and senior counsel Federico Botta.
