LCA Advises Dana on Acquisition of New European Technology Centre in Pianezza

LCA Studio Legale represented Dana Incorporated in the transaction, while SKF Group was represented by its in‑house legal counsel. The transaction concerns the conclusion of binding agreements, subject to customary suspensive conditions, for the acquisition and redevelopment of an industrial property in the municipality of Pianezza, in the province of Turin. The site will host Dana's new European technology centre dedicated to the development and testing of high‑performance transmissions and e‑drives for the light vehicle market. The purchase and the planned riqualification envisage the conversion of the industrial asset to accommodate research, development and testing activities linked to transmission and electrified drive technologies aimed at light vehicles.
