Latham & Watkins advises bank syndicate on PeopleCert €300 million senior secured bond

"Latham & Watkins advised the syndicate of banks led by Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank on PeopleCert's €300 million senior secured bond issuance at 5.50% due 2031. Proceeds were used to fully repay a €300 million senior secured bond maturing in 2026 and to pay fees and expenses."

Latham & Watkins represented the syndicate of banks in connection with PeopleCert’s bond issuance. The transaction comprised a €300 million senior secured bond issued by PeopleCert, carrying a 5.50% coupon and maturing in 2031. PeopleCert, a global player in education and certification services, used the proceeds to fully refinance its outstanding €300 million senior secured bonds due 2026 and to pay related fees and expenses. The bank syndicate was led by Morgan Stanley (sole physical bookrunner) and Deutsche Bank (joint global coordinator and joint bookrunner). BofA Securities, Citigroup, Eurobank, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and Santander acted as joint bookrunners, while Alpha Bank, Ambrosia Capital, CrediaBank, Euroxx Securities, National Bank of Greece S.A. and Optima bank acted as co-managers.
