Snam agreement with Igneo Infrastructure Partners for 48.2 percent stake in OLT and legal advisors

The transaction: Snam has entered into an agreement to acquire the 48.2 percent stake held by Igneo Infrastructure Partners in OLT – Offshore LNG Toscana S.p.A., the company that operates the FSRU Toscana off the coast of Livorno. The total consideration for the operation, which includes both Igneo's equity stake and the remaining portion of the shareholder financing that Igneo provided to OLT, is approximately €126 million. The closing of the transaction is expected within the first half of 2026 and remains subject to the customary regulatory clearances and conditions.
