Charles Russell Speechlys advises Global Strategy on sale of advisory business to ABC Company

Charles Russell Speechlys represented international management consulting and corporate finance firm Global Strategy in the sale of its Management Consulting and Corporate Finance business to consulting firm ABC Company. The transaction transfers Global Strategy’s advisory activities to ABC Company with the objective of strengthening ABC Company’s Advisory Area. The integration will bring Global Strategy professionals’ expertise in strategic, financial and industrial consulting to ABC Company, enhancing support for extraordinary transactions, the preparation of industrial plans, organic and external growth strategies, and optimisation of the financial structure of portfolio companies and third-party clients. The deal also provides for the partial reinvestment of proceeds by partners of Global Strategy into ABC Company. Charles Russell Speechlys represented Global Strategy with a team composed by: Annapaola Negri-Clementi, Partner, Corporate team, and senior associate Arianna Leonardelli.
