Hannes Snellman represented funds advised by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing in the formation of a joint venture to invest in residential properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The transaction involved the launch of a new joint venture with an initial acquisition of approximately 360 residential units across seven high-quality properties located in fast-growing areas of Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa. Four of the acquired properties were previously owned by Mandatum. The joint venture is positioned to expand through further acquisitions going forward.
