Borenius advised Gofore Oyj in connection with its investment into a newly established consulting company focused on artificial intelligence and founded by two experienced digitalisation business leaders. The investment involves the establishment of an independent, AI-native consultancy that will operate autonomously while complementing Gofore’s existing service offering. The new venture is intended to strengthen Gofore’s role in supporting organisations in their AI transformation by bringing dedicated AI expertise and services to the market. Gofore is a Finland-based international digital transformation consultancy with close to 1,800 employees across Finland, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Spain and Estonia. In 2024, Gofore reported net sales of EUR 186.2 million.
