The transaction comprises the sale of the previous shareholders’ entire interest in Montanhydraulik Group to One Equity Partners, an international private equity firm. The shareholders pursued a structured and carefully prepared sale process to secure a long‑term, growth‑oriented partner capable of supporting the company’s continued development and international expansion. The deal features a complex transaction structure, notably including a sale‑and‑lease‑back arrangement as part of the purchase‑price financing, and required coordinated legal and tax work across multiple jurisdictions in which Montanhydraulik operates, including the USA, Canada, India and Italy. Completion remains subject to customary contractual and regulatory conditions, including merger control and investment review approvals; closing is currently expected at the end of Q1 2026.
