Osborne Clarke advises ProcureAi on £9.8 million seed funding round led by Headline

Osborne Clarke advised London-based startup ProcureAi on its £9.8 million seed funding round, which was led by global venture capital firm Headline and saw participation from C4 Ventures, Futury Capital and angel investors from the procurement industry. The transaction raised £9.8 million to support ProcureAi’s continued development and international expansion. Founded in 2021 by Konstantin von Bueren and Yves Bauer, ProcureAi develops AI-native procurement automation for procurement and supply chain management. Its end-to-end platform is designed to deliver measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies by helping businesses optimise spend. The new funding will enable ProcureAi to enhance its AI platform, expand its engineering team and strengthen its go-to-market capabilities. Osborne Clarke has advised the company since its incorporation. Osborne Clarke represented client ProcureAi with a team composed by: partner Mathias Loertscher and senior associate Uday Mehra from the corporate team, with assistance from Andrew Massey and Olivier Jacquelin.
