Keystone Law’s Energy & Natural Resources partner James Douglass advised Reganosa, a global energy company based in Spain, on its contract to operate and maintain Squadron Energy’s LNG terminal at the Port Kembla Energy Terminal in New South Wales, Australia. The agreement, Reganosa’s first in Australia and Oceania, covers the comprehensive management of Squadron Energy’s onshore facilities at Port Kembla.
