Keystone Law Advises Reganosa on Operation and Maintenance Contract for Squadron Energy’s Port Kembla LNG Terminal

Keystone Law’s Energy & Natural Resources partner James Douglass advised Reganosa, a global energy company based in Spain, on its contract to operate and maintain Squadron Energy’s LNG terminal at the Port Kembla Energy Terminal in New South Wales, Australia. The agreement, Reganosa’s first in Australia and Oceania, covers the comprehensive management of Squadron Energy’s onshore facilities at Port Kembla. James Douglass said: “It was a privilege to work with the team at Reganosa on this contract, which will heighten the team’s reputation in Australia.
