Hogan Lovells Advises Remazing Group on Acquisition of Namox GmbH

Hogan Lovells advised the Remazing Group, a portfolio company of IK Partners, on its acquisition of Dresden-based Amazon agency Namox GmbH. The transaction sees Remazing, founded in 2016 in Hamburg and recognised as a leading service provider for product marketing on Amazon and other online marketplaces, acquire Namox, founded in 2017. Namox offers Amazon content production, brand store creation, PPC and DSP advertising, international marketplace expansion, and provides consulting, training and hands-on support to improve marketplace performance. The acquisition consolidates Remazing Group’s position among Europe’s leading providers of online marketplace solutions and expands its portfolio by 40 brands across the Household, Fashion, Fitness & Nutrition, and Home & Garden categories. Clients across the group are expected to benefit from increased knowledge, capabilities and specialised expertise, while the combined organisation should realise synergies through shared technology solutions and centralised functions. This deal represents the Group’s third add-on acquisition following earlier transactions.
