The Paris office of international law firm Simmons & Simmons advised Providom, a subsidiary of Paul Hartmann SAS, in the transfer of its business. The transaction involved the sale of Providom's business operations to Altévya Médical, a company newly established to assume the Providom network. Altévya Médical was founded by professionals from the sector and members of the Providom network with the aim of preserving the network's stability and continuing its development. The business will be carried forward under the new brand Providom by Althévya Médical, with a stated commitment to keep member interests central to decision making.
