De Pardieu advises Bpifrance on Capza's entry into Myrium's capital

"De Pardieu advised Bpifrance as Capza agreed to acquire a majority stake in Myrium. Capza will become Myrium's long-term financial partner; management and the employee share‑ownership fund will together retain nearly 40% and Bpifrance will remain a shareholder. Myrium provides comprehensive multi-technical building services."

De Pardieu represented Bpifrance in connection with Capza's entry into the capital of Myrium. Myrium, founded in 1923 and based in Vélizy-Villacoublay, provides clients with a comprehensive multi-technical offering for their buildings: HVAC, electrical engineering, plumbing, roofing, waterproofing, energy performance, architectural fit-out, TCE and greening. Under the transaction, Capza will become Myrium's new long-term financial partner and will take a majority stake in the company. Management and the FCPE employee share-ownership fund will retain, together, nearly 40% of the capital. Bpifrance, a historical shareholder of Myrium, will continue to support the company in this new phase. Completion of the transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions and approvals. De Pardieu represented Bpifrance with a team composed by: Cédric Chanas (partner, corporate), Mathieu Rétiveau (partner, corporate) and Mélanie Jaouën (associate, corporate).
