Deloitte Société d’Avocats advised Bertin Technologies and its shareholders in connection with the proposed majority sale of the group to investment firms Fremman Capital and Chequers Capital. The transaction contemplates the transfer of a majority stake in the Bertin group to Fremman Capital and Chequers Capital. Bertin is a European leader in scientific instrumentation and high-technology critical systems serving the photonics, defence and security, nuclear and life sciences sectors. The operation remains subject to the consultation of employee representative bodies and to any regulatory authorisations that may be required.
