McDermott Will & Schulte advised CAPZA in exclusive negotiations to acquire control of Groupe Myrium. Groupe Myrium, an independent operator dedicated to sustainable building performance, will enter a strategic partnership with CAPZA as part of the transaction. Under the agreement, the company’s management and the employee share-ownership vehicle (FCPE) will reinvest significantly alongside CAPZA. Historical shareholders, the Rougnon family and Bpifrance, will continue to support Groupe Myrium through this key phase of development. The transaction remains subject to approval by the competent regulatory authorities.
