Dentons, Barger Prekop, Kocian Solc Balastik and Karanovic & Partners Advise on Syndicated Financing for Seyfor

Dentons and Karanovic & Partners advised a club of banks led by Tatra Banka, while Barger Prekop and Kocian Solc Balastik advised Seyfor in connection with the financing. The transaction comprises a syndicated loan facility provided to support Seyfor’s merger and acquisition activities. The lender group was led by Tatra Banka, which acted as arranger, agent and lender, and included Raiffeisenbank Ceska Republika and Slovenska Sporitelna. According to Dentons, the financing will enable Seyfor to continue its acquisition-driven expansion across Europe. Seyfor is an IT company that employs more than 1,900 people, serves clients in 42 countries and is the Czech Republic’s largest provider of accounting, ERP, payroll and HR systems. Alexandros Economou reportedly advised the banks as well.
