Walless Advises on Launch of EUR 35 Million Aneli Venture Capital Fund in Lithuania

"Walless advised Lithuania-based Aneli Venture Capital Fund on the launch of its EUR 35 million fund targeting early-stage startups across the Baltics, Poland and the wider CEE region. The fund will invest in about 20 startups over five years, focusing on ICT, robotics, energy, space, photonics, smart manufacturing and AI, with primary allocations to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland."

Walless advised Lithuania-based Aneli Venture Capital Fund on the launch of its EUR 35 million fund in Lithuania. The fund is targeting early-stage startups across the Baltics, Poland and the wider Central and Eastern European region. It plans to invest in approximately 20 startups over the next five years, allocating the majority of capital to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland, with the remainder deployed across selected CEE markets. The fund focuses on companies operating in ICT, robotics, energy, space, photonics, smart manufacturing and artificial intelligence, placing particular emphasis on ventures demonstrating market traction and sound unit economics.
