Vlasceanu & Partners advised Econergy in connection with project financing provided by UniCredit Bank for a large-scale solar development in Romania. The financing comprises EUR 40.5 million in project funding for the construction and development of an 87-megawatt photovoltaic project located in Oradea, Romania. The facility will support the construction and development phases of the solar installation and forms part of Econergy’s ongoing expansion of its renewable energy portfolio in Romania.
