RSM advised Adcities on its establishment and expansion in Spain and on the legal adjustments resulting from its recent seed funding round, which closed at over €3 million. The transaction involves a capital increase that will enable Adcities to strengthen its operations in Spain and broaden its presence across other European cities. Adcities develops technology to plan, activate and measure outdoor advertising campaigns with real-time digital traceability; its model combines geocontextual data, urban analytics and a network of advertising assets across multiple formats. RSM supported the company through the key stages of the process, including local due diligence, contract review and adaptation, legal structuring and the regulatory integration required to operate in the Spanish market, with particular attention to data protection compliance. With this engagement, RSM has further reinforced its advisory work in adtech, outdoor advertising and data-driven business models for technology companies in growth and international expansion.
