Antin to acquire NorthC with Walder Wyss and Latham & Watkins advising

Swiss firm Walder Wyss and international firm Latham & Watkins advised on the transaction: Walder Wyss represented NorthC and its shareholders and also represented the company’s lead legal adviser, Latham & Watkins; Latham & Watkins acted as NorthC’s lead legal adviser. Antin Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm focused on infrastructure, agreed to acquire NorthC, an enterprise colocation data centre platform operating in Northwest Europe. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
