Antin to acquire NorthC with Walder Wyss and Latham & Watkins advising

Antin Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm focused on infrastructure, agreed to acquire NorthC, an enterprise colocation data centre platform operating in Northwest Europe. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
