Advestra advises Radicant on agreement with Alpian

The law firm Advestra represented online bank Radicant in its agreement with Alpian. The agreement between Radicant and Alpian, signed by the boards of directors of both banks, establishes a collaboration under which Radicant has developed a follow-on solution that enables its clients to access banking services. Alpian, part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, is a Swiss bank licensed and supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Advestra represented Radicant with a team composed by: Rashid Bahar, Fabian Loretan and Jana Wildberger (financial services).
