PedersoliGattai and L&B Partners assist L&B Capital Sgr and IRR fund in investment in NRGfarm

PedersoliGattai advised L&B Capital Sgr on behalf of the IRR (Italian Renewable Resources) fund, while L&B Partners Avvocati Associati represented NRGfarm in the transaction. The transaction involved the entry of L&B Capital Sgr, acting for the IRR fund through a specially constituted corporate vehicle, into the share capital of NRGfarm. NRGfarm is the owner of a platform of renewable energy plants, including wind and photovoltaic assets, and holds development projects with a combined capacity of more than 1 GW. L&B Capital Sgr is the newly formed asset management company resulting from the integration of Soprarno Sgr and Milano Investment Partners (MIP), part of the Ifigest Banking Group. PedersoliGattai represented L&B Capital Sgr and, on its behalf, the IRR fund with a team composed by: senior counsel Jacopo Ceccherini and associate Sergio Del Balzo for corporate matters; senior associate Clara Balboni for legal due diligence; and partner Valeria Viti together with senior associate Elena Martignoni for administrative aspects.
