BonelliErede advised Ecogest North America in the acquisition of Greenbrier Landscaping, with Canadian counsel Pascale Di Poce Iadipaolo coordinating on local matters. The transaction saw Ecogest North America, the Canadian company of the Italian Ecogest Group controlled by the Molinari family, complete the acquisition of the entire share capital of Greenbrier Landscaping. Greenbrier Landscaping has operated for more than 25 years in the maintenance of greenspaces in the province of Ontario. The deal forms part of Ecogest Group’s growth and internationalisation strategy and represents a strategic step to strengthen its presence in North America, targeting a market with significant development opportunities in infrastructure and environmental services.
