Eversheds Sutherland and Gitti & Partners assist illimity Selective Credit and RedFish LongTerm Capital in Industrie Polieco stake increase

Eversheds Sutherland and Gitti & Partners advised the parties on a transaction in which illimity Selective Credit, managed by illimity SGR (part of Banca Ifis Group), was assisted by Eversheds Sutherland, and RedFish LongTerm Capital (RFLTC) was assisted by Gitti & Partners. The transaction saw RedFish LongTerm Capital increase its participation in Industrie Polieco – M.P.B. to 20% of the company's share capital by subscribing to a medium-term add-on loan. The operation forms part of RFLTC's strategy to consolidate its position in Industrie Polieco – M.P.B. and aims to provide additional equity-strengthening for the Polieco group. Industrie Polieco – M.P.B. is a multinational leader in the production of piping systems and resins for coating and packaging, and the transaction is intended to support further strengthening of the group's financial structure. Eversheds Sutherland represented illimity Selective Credit (illimity SGR, Banca Ifis Group) with a team composed by: Pasquale Bifulco, partner — coordinated the structuring and documentation of the financing.
