Rettifiche (Argenta) to BTS Solutions, a newco 100% controlled by German MAILER STAHL GmbH & Co. KG. The transfer followed Court of Ferrara approval of an extended-effect debt restructuring (judgment no. 51/2025, 16 Sept 2025); a bridge lease from 20 Apr 2024 to sale preserved 30 jobs."

Act Legal and Greggio Avvocati d'Impresa participated in the transaction: Act Legal advised BTS Solutions (the buyer) and Greggio Avvocati d'Impresa advised C.F.G. Rettifiche (the seller). BTS Solutions, a newly formed company 100% controlled by the German group MAILER STAHL GmbH & Co. KG, a distributor of special steel tubes and bars based in Duisburg, acquired the business of C.F.G. Rettifiche, a company based in Argenta (FE) active in the production of chrome-plated bars and tubes. The operation was finalised following the homologation of C.F.G. Rettifiche's debt restructuring agreements with extended effect by the Court of Ferrara (judgment no. 51/2025 of 16 September 2025). C.F.G. Rettifiche's recovery plan, which relied on a bridge lease that began on 20 April 2024 and concluded with the definitive sale, enabled the preservation of 30 jobs and ensured the continuity of the business.
