Hahn leases Sterkrader Tor retail unit to TK Maxx in Oberhausen with ROTTHEGE advising

TK Maxx will take over former C&A and Depot areas and, after works, operate a c.1,900 m² store. The 20,000 m² centre is fully let and managed by Hahn for a closed-end real estate fund; the letting strengthens the fund's asset value."

ROTTHEGE advised the Hahn Group in its lease transaction with TK Maxx at the Sterkrader Tor retail centre in Oberhausen. TK Maxx will become the follow-on tenant on the rental areas formerly occupied by C&A and Depot. Following completion of dismantling and fit-out works, the new TK Maxx store will comprise approximately 1,900 m² of lettable space. The Sterkrader Tor shopping centre, developed by the Hahn Group in 2006/2007, comprises roughly 20,000 m² of rental space. The centre is fully let and is managed by the Hahn Group on behalf of a closed-end real estate fund. The new letting is expected to sustainably enhance the value of the fund investment.
