Clifford Chance Advises Asterion on Acquisition of 50% Stake in TotalEnergies Greece Renewables Portfolio

Clifford Chance advised Asterion, an independent investment management firm focused on European mid‑market infrastructure, on the acquisition of a 50% stake in TotalEnergies Greece Renewables Assets. The transaction involved the acquisition of a 50% interest in TotalEnergies Greece Renewables Assets, a 424 MW portfolio of wind and solar projects in Greece. These renewables assets provide Asterion with a strategically compelling entry into the Greek power market, supported by a favourable regulatory environment and strong incentives for renewable energy.
