Dentons Advises Reigate Grammar School International on Establishing Schools in Malaysia and Turkey

Dentons advised Reigate Grammar School International (RGSI) on its expansion into Malaysia and Turkey, assisting RGSI in transactions with Beaconhouse in Malaysia and with Ugur Okullari in Turkey. In Turkey, Dentons advised RGSI on a partnership with Ugur Okullari under which RGSI granted a licence to open and operate a new school under the Reigate name in Istanbul. The transaction marks a milestone in the development of British-style education offerings in the region and forms part of RGSI’s international growth strategy. In Malaysia, Dentons advised RGSI on a licensing and operations agreement with Beaconhouse to establish and operate Reigate Grammar School Kuala Lumpur, expanding the Reigate brand’s presence in the Malaysian international education market.
