Khaitan and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas guide Saregama India's ₹325 crore investment in Bhansali Productions

Khaitan & Co advised Saregama India Limited, and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Bhansali Productions Pvt. Ltd. Saregama India Limited has invested ₹325 crore in Bhansali Productions Pvt. Ltd., pursuant to which Saregama will hold a significant minority stake in Bhansali Productions and will own exclusive music rights for all future Bhansali films. The transaction aligns Bhansali Productions' film and OTT content capabilities with Saregama's music and live events business as Saregama sharpens its focus on partnerships rather than in-house film production.
