Addleshaw Goddard advised Hillwood Poland on the acquisition of two logistics parks in Wrocław from funds managed by Blackstone. The transaction involved the purchase, for approximately EUR 70 million, of two fully let logistics assets now operating under the names Hillwood Wrocław City I and Hillwood Wrocław City II. Together the properties add nearly 100,000 sqm to Hillwood Poland’s portfolio, reinforcing the company's presence in one of Poland’s most competitive and fast‑growing warehouse markets. Addleshaw Goddard represented Hillwood Poland with a team composed by: Katarzyna Grodzka (associate) who led the transaction, supported by Agnieszka Myszor (associate), Piotr Śnihur (junior associate) and Magdalena Mirek (junior associate) from the Warsaw real estate practice. The transaction was supervised by Janusz Dzianachowski (national managing partner).
