Norton Rose Fulbright advised Redsky Homes on securing planning permission for a 51-unit residential scheme in Slough, England. The transaction concerned a historic planning position and a successful appeal. Redsky Homes, a premier London-based property company specialising in high-quality multi-storey apartments and houses for rent, sought permission for a revised 51-unit scheme. Planning permission had originally been granted for 41 units, but a retrospective application for the amended 51-unit scheme was refused by the local council. The firm was successful on all grounds and planning permission for the 51-unit development has been granted. Norton Rose Fulbright represented Redsky Homes with a team composed by: Sarah Fitzpatrick, Head of Planning UK, supported by counsel Rory Bennett.
