Roschier represented Brocc Finance in its acquisition of unsecured non-performing loan portfolios from affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. The transaction comprises the purchase of unsecured non-performing loan portfolios with more than SEK 430 billion in outstanding balances from affiliates of Cerberus. Following the closing, Brocc emerges as one of Europe’s largest acquirers of non-performing loans and has set a goal to satisfy the criteria for becoming a specialised debt restructurer. Brocc Finance is a technology-driven Swedish credit institution active in unsecured NPLs across Europe and in specialised consumer finance in Sweden and Finland.
