Krogerus Advises Nordic Ren-Gas on EUR 16 Million Growth Financing

"Krogerus advised Nordic Ren-Gas Oy on a EUR 16 million growth financing round in which new investors Tesi and Taaleri joined existing shareholders. The financing will support advancement of Nordic Ren-Gas's project portfolio from development to execution, including six industrial-scale projects with Finnish energy utilities and development of a decentralised power-to-gas portfolio with potential European expansion."

Krogerus advised Nordic Ren-Gas Oy on its EUR 16 million growth financing round, in which new investors Tesi and Taaleri joined existing shareholders. The financing will support Nordic Ren-Gas in advancing its project portfolio from development to execution. The company currently has six ongoing industrial-scale projects with local Finnish energy utilities and is progressing the development of Finland's first decentralised power-to-gas portfolio. Krogerus represented Nordic Ren-Gas Oy with a team composed by: Partner Sami Laine, Senior Associate Kalle Lipsanen and Associate Nelli Kolunsarka.
