Krogerus Advises Lenders on Project Financing for OX2's 277 MW Finnish Wind Farms

Krogerus advised a consortium of lenders — KfW IPEX-Bank, NatWest, Nordea and SEB — on the Finnish law aspects of the project financing for OX2. The financing will enable OX2 to construct three greenfield onshore wind farms in Finland with a combined installed capacity of 277 MW. The project financing covers the development and construction phases of the wind farms and supports the deployment of renewable energy infrastructure across the country. The transaction represents a significant investment in Finland's renewable energy sector and contributes to the nation's transition toward sustainable energy production.
