Delphi Advises Mendus on Directed Share Issue

Advokatfirman Delphi represented Mendus AB (publ) in the transaction. The transaction was carried out as a directed share issue through an accelerated bookbuilding, under which Mendus received gross proceeds of approximately SEK 52.5 million before transaction costs. Mendus’ shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Mendus is dedicated to transforming the way cancer is treated by addressing tumor relapse and improving long-term survival for cancer patients, while preserving their health and quality of life.
