ICICI Securities Primary Dealership Limited acted as sole arranger to the Issue. The transaction comprised the issue of 50,000 fully paid, unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable non‑convertible debentures aggregating INR 5,000 million, including an option to retain oversubscription of up to INR 2,500 million. The securities were offered on a private placement basis. Bidding for the Issue was completed through the electronic book provider platform of NSE under a coupon discovery process, and the debentures were allotted on a multiple yield allotment basis. The Issue has been assigned "CRISIL AAA / Stable" by CRISIL Ratings Limited and "[ICRA] AAA (Stable)" by ICRA Limited.
