Lacourte Raquin Tatar assisted Ardian in the transaction and was joined on the deal by Hogan Lovells (New York office), Arendt and PwC. The transaction concerns Kering’s property at 715–717 Fifth Avenue in New York City, an exceptional location comprising multi‑level luxury retail spaces totaling approximately 115,000 sq ft (10,700 sq m). Following a partnership concluded earlier in 2025, Kering contributed this asset to a newly created joint venture with Ardian. Under the agreement Ardian will hold a 60% stake and Kering will retain 40%. The transaction value is $900 million. Net proceeds for Kering amount to $689 million. Lacourte Raquin Tatar represented Ardian with a team composed by: Guillaume Jeannet (Partner) leading the team; Eugénie Bossé (M&A); Nina Gilles (real estate); and Jean‑Yves Charriau (Partner) in charge of tax structuring.
