Kirkland & Ellis advised Integrity Growth Partners, a growth-equity firm focused on founder-owned, growth-stage technology companies, on the completion of fundraising for an oversubscribed fund. The fund closed at $220 million, exceeding its $200 million target. It concentrates on growth-stage technology companies and, more specifically, on capital-efficient, bootstrapped B2B software and technology-enabled businesses, supporting their transition from founder-led operations to category leadership.
