The transaction consisted of a $149 million follow-on offering of 2,185,000 shares of Stewart Information Services Corporation common stock, which included 285,000 shares issued pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol STC.
