Taylor Wessing Advises Prodalim on Acquisition of René Laurent

Taylor Wessing advised Prodalim in its acquisition of René Laurent from International Flavours & Fragrances Inc. (IFF). The transaction brings René Laurent, a centenary Grasse-based specialist in beverage flavour solutions and unique ingredients, into Prodalim’s Beverage Compounds unit. René Laurent is recognised for its deep expertise in developing complex, bespoke flavour solutions for syrups, liqueurs, natural flavourings and coffee, and for its extensive aromatic library and in-house distillation and extraction capabilities. The integration strengthens Prodalim’s product range, supply chain robustness, advanced product development capacities and international commercial organisation, enabling the group to offer a comprehensive one-stop-shop solution to its global clients and to accelerate its growth strategy.
